Carrière
Comme actrice
Hayden a commencé à apparaître dans des films publicitaires à 11 mois, d'abord dans une publicité pour le train en jouet de Playskool. Elle est apparue dans un bon nombre de films et séries et est devenue célèbre grâce à la série Heroes où elle joue le rôle de Claire Bennet.
Comme chanteuse
Hayden travaille actuellement sur son album, qui devait au départ sortir le 8 mai 2007. La sortie de l'album a cependant été répoussée plusieurs fois: d'abord pour août, puis pour décembre. Elle est maintenant confirmée pour 2008.
